Shipping & Delivery

Urban Rivaj delivers across all of Pakistan. We partner with trusted courier services to make sure your frames arrive safely, quickly, and in perfect condition right to your door.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above PKR 2,500
  • A flat shipping fee applies to orders below PKR 2,500, the exact amount is shown at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on all orders nationwide. You pay in cash when your parcel is delivered. No advance payment required. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp. Use this ID on our courier partner’s website to track your shipment in real time. You can also contact us at any time for an update on your order status.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to deliver your order (e.g. no one is available to receive it), they will attempt delivery again the next business day. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case, please contact us to arrange re-delivery — additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please take an unboxing video before opening the packaging and share it with our team within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
