Not Happy? We’ll Make It Right. Your satisfaction is everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll sort it out — no drama, no runaround. Here’s exactly how our returns and refund process works.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items sent.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item is in its original packaging (box, pouch, cleaning cloth)
  • Tags and stickers (if any) are intact and not removed
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that appear to have been used, scratched, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)
  • Items where the original packaging has been discarded
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please record an unboxing video before opening the parcel. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with the video and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number and the reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  4. If approved, we will share the return address and instructions
  5. Ship the item back to us, return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different style, colour, or size. We’re happy to help, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns. If there is a price difference, you will be asked to pay or be refunded accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

If approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • COD orders: Refunded via JazzCash or Easypaisa within 3–5 business days
  • Card payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa payments: Refunded to the same mobile wallet within 3–5 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
