Orders & Payment

Yes! COD is available across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives at your door, no advance payment needed.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and debit/credit cards via our secure checkout. More options may be added over time.

You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal data. We never store your payment details. If you’re still unsure, just use COD pay only when you receive your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad typically receive orders within 2–3 days.

Yes, we deliver nationwide — including smaller cities and towns. If you’re unsure about your area, feel free to WhatsApp us before placing your order.

Shipping is free on orders above PKR 2,500. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel through our courier partner’s website.

Products

Yes. All Urban Rivaj sunglasses come with UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays. This is clearly mentioned on each product page.

Each product listing includes a frame size guide (Small / Medium / Large). As a general rule: if you have a broader face, go one size up. Still unsure? WhatsApp us a photo and we’ll help you pick!

Yes, we only show items that are currently in stock. If a product goes out of stock, it will be marked accordingly. You can request a restock notification by emailing us.

Popular styles are usually restocked. Follow us on Instagram @urbanrivaj or subscribe to our newsletter to get notified first when a favourite comes back.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. See our full Returns Policy for details.

We’re sorry if that happens! Please take an unboxing video when opening your parcel and share it with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund your order immediately.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. For COD orders, we refund via JazzCash or Easypaisa. For card payments, refunds go back to the original payment method.
